Bellfield Bridal Shower

I decided to catch up on some things that were very exciting building up towards the wedding! I am going to try my best to put up some of the best pictures from the bridal shower the sweet ladies at our church threw for me!

The Calphalon pots and pans my Mama and Daddy got us! Upon using them the first time we have loved them!

This is my Italy apron from my friend Elizabeth! She studied abroad in Rome this past semester and brought me this back! So sweet of her to think of me!

This is one of our place setting of Mikasa China. We have 11 place settings so far!

These are the crystal goblets we picked out and they are so pretty!

Not to be biased, BUT I have to say Mama Joyce got me the present I was so desperate to get! It was the last present that I opened and I was SO excited! I LOVE my pink KitchenAid mixer!! Thank you Mama Joyce!

Here I am with my sister-in-law, Sarah, and my sister, Suzanne.

Me with Mary Ruth and Mama Joyce.

Here I am with Zach's mom on the left and my Mama on the right.

My wonderful friends and Bridesmaids, Elizabeth, Brittany, and Megan.

Look who dropped by after the shower to help haul the presents home.

These pictures don't even show the amount of love and caring that was showered on us as we enter into our marriage! We are so thankful we have such a great church family as well as our families!

Family room re-do featuring.... my curtains! : )

For a while now, we've planned on finally finishing our family room.  That's right, it's kind of been unfinished for the entire time we've lived there.  It was painted and decorated, just no molding and the ceiling was hideous because we (and by we, I mean Zach) took down the drop ceiling the previous owners had put up.  So, anyway, I looked at curtains and didn't really find anything I liked, so I decided I was going to make my own.  Zach and I looked at Jo-Ann's a couple times and each time we looked I liked this fabric more and more.  It was the most expensive fabric I've ever bought, but in the end, it was sooooo worth it! (*Note- I bought the fabric in January before NSM! : )) Here we are at Mama Joyce's one day after church cutting the panels.  I think we were all nervous to cut it.  It was too costly to mess up! Fast forward a couple weeks because I didn't have time, was lazy, and also scared to sew on it, and I finally just delved in an...

Turns out...

Third grade is not bad at all! The kids are still pretty sweet and are so excited for me to be there and I am excited too! I think it will be fun to see all that they can do and have fun with them. Yesterday I received 5 notes on my desk about how excited that I was there and about how much fun we were going to have. I think they are right! Hopefully I get the hang of them quickly, because I start teaching Science (Mon and Wed), Social Studies(Tues and Thur), and PE (Fri) next week!

What I'm Thankful For...

Hey y'all. It's just Nathana in this post. I figured since I've been alive 20 years, that equals 20 Thanksgivings, so I'm gonna have the 20 things I'm most Thankful for. Here goes nothing! : ) 1. The first thing of course I am thankful for is my salvation through Jesus Christ! Without him I have no hope to be anything! 2. My mom and dad, and the home they raised me in. I could not imagine any parents better than mine, and I'm proud to be their daughter. I'm also thankful they didn't give me away to a farm when I was difficult! 3. My brother and sister. No one else knows all of the trouble we've been in and fun we've had over the years and even though we don't always see eye to eye, I wouldn't trade them for any other siblings. 4. Zachary Scheller. God has blessed me with an even better future husband than I could have ever asked for. My love and respect for him grows each day, and I will be so thankful this June when I can ca...
