Shame, Shame, Shame...

Oh Blog, I'm so sorry it has been 3 entire months since we have posted anything! It seems utterly forgetful of me, but if you had been: -Finishing up your Junior year of college -Taking 2, 2 week summer classes -Working 20 hours a week -Planning a wedding -Taking an online class that went through wedding planning, the wedding, AND your HONEYMOON... You would have forgotten to blog too! I am happy to say that we did survive all of that, the wedding went off without a hitch, and we had a wonderful honeymoon! I am going to post pictures from our wedding and honeymoon soon! For the first time, ~Nathana Scheller : )

Just sitting around

Hey everybody! I'm just sitting at USI waiting for my next class to start and I figured I'd do a quick little post! My birthday went great this year! I got more than I deserve and I am so thankful that the Lord has given me another year to celebrate! I will have to post some pictures soon. I got a lot of Vera Bradley things in my favorite pattern, Cupcakes pink ! This link is to the new purse Zach got me! It is so handy and I love it! : ) I do have a secret though, I only buy Vera when the colors are on sale! MUCH more affordable that way! On to other birthday festivities, Daddy gave me a piece of paper that said, "IOU one golden retriever puppy after you are married!" So it looks like Zach and I will instantly grow to a family of three and we are so excited to meet our new "baby!" (As I'm sure we will spoil him or her to death!) So those were my most exciting birthday presents. Oh, and I also got a fishing pole from Zach and have some pictures from...

Easter 2010

This Easter we went to church with my family and then spent the afternoon with Zach's family. I barely got pictures taken from my family and I didn't even take any at Zach's family for some reason or another! Oh well, I tried at least! Here they are! Zach and me on Easter. (Zach had a little difficulty keeping his eyes open for the pictures!) Suzanne and Me (Ross and Sarah didn't get out there before Zach and I had to leave.) Suzanne, Mama, Daddy, and me. We look a little rough, but oh well. Suzanne, me, and Zach.

Christine's Bridal Shower

On March 27th I got to go up to Clay City, Indiana for my good friend, Christine's, Bridal shower. We went up on friday night and got to hang out with her family and then got up on saturday and went up to the church to set up for the shower. Christine was beautiful and the shower went wonderfully! Here are some pictures from the festivities. The cake Christine and her little sister, Lisa. She was our gorgeous model for the game where we constructed a wedding dress from toilet paper! We won! Christine and Cole's gifts (She broke 5 bows, so I think that means 5 children!) : ) Christine and her personalized toolbox from her grandma! Too cute! Christine and I. I am so happy for her and Cole! They will be in Evansville for at least a year too, so hopefully we will get to see a lot of each other! The beautiful bride! Congratulations, Christine and Cole!

Welcome Spring!

It's spring once again, and of course that means a little sunshine... and a LOT of rain!! It rained here all day yesterday and today. Let's pray for some sunshine and warm weather soon! Zach has been working a lot at Toyota and Nathana is still just 11-12 hours a week at the daycare. We do have some exciting news though! We have applied for a loan and are going soon to look at houses on the North side of Evansville! We are both very excited and anxious to hear from the bank, but we got Zach's credit score back and it was really good, so I'm praying that's a good sign! We want to be closer to Toyota so that Zach will not have to get up as early to get to work. Also, we are trying to find something that we can hopefully have started in time for the first time home buyer's credit! On the wedding front, Nathana confirmed the photographer for the wedding today, last saturday we bought invitations (we have to print them still), and registered at Wal-Mart and J...

Mama Joyce's 80th Birthday AND Engaged 1 year~

Hello, Everyone! For those of you who didn't know, my Grandma, Mama Joyce, turned 80 years old this February 21st! We had her a huge party and all of my aunts, uncles, and cousins got to come up for it and a we had a great time! Mama Joyce with her favorite granddaughter! (haha) Mama Joyce's cake (That thankfully she didn't have to make for herself!) Mama and Daddy Zach and Nathana Ross and Sarah Mama and her older sister, Lynn (Aunt Lynn) Nekayeh, David, and Norah Kate Uncle Reid trying to show Norah Kate his "expressive eyes" (Although I think Norah Kate has the real expressive eyes!) : ) I tried to get pictures of everyone, but Lauren and Jamie must have evaded me! We all had a great time and I'm so glad we got to see Norah Kate! (Not that everyone else is chopped liver, but she is AWFULLY cut...

Valentine's Weekend

Zach and I seemed to stretch out Valentine's day for the whole weekend! On Friday night we had pizza ordered in (pineapple and mushroom, my FAVORITE, Thanks honey!) Then on Saturday, Zach took me to downtown Henderson to Memories, a little antique shop, and bought me a McGuffey reader to add to my collection! After that, we went to Bed, Bath, and Beyond in Evansville and Zach bought me a back massage machine that goes in the chair! It does shiatsu massage and feel wonderful! He jokes that now he won't ever have to give me massages anymore, but that's not true! Then we went back to his house, and he opened his present from me, a balance thing that measures reloading stuff for guns! As you can guess, I don't exactly know what it is, I just said, "Pick something out unless you want some new polos." Motivates him every time! Today after church and lunch at Mama Joyce's we rushed to the west side of Evansville and went to the movies! We saw "When ...
